History

Shoji graduated at the top of his class from Kanazawa College of Art's Visual Design Department and joined a domestic advertising agency in 2001.

He handled various advertising ideas and communication development, including projects for home appliances, games, TV stations, confectionery, and food & beverages.

Developing his own style of media/method-neutral creative thinking, Shoji was promoted to Creative Director in 2012.

In 2017, Shoji moved to an international advertising agency and engaged in projects for Pharma and Healthcare clients.

And in 2020, he was hired by a global digital agency and joined as an Executive Creative Director to boost their creative firepower.

Shoji has an impressive record of both domestic and international award wins from Cannes Lions, The One Show, London International Awards, AdFest, MAD STARS, Cresta, Spikes Asia, among many others.

Additionally, he possesses deep knowledge of movies, music, comics, novels, photography, and theater to develop beautiful and outstanding work/stories.

He is a total art geek.

金沢美術工芸大学 視覚デザイン科を卒業後、内資系の総合広告代理店で約16年、

外資系の業種特化型広告代理店で約3年のキャリアを経て、2020年よりグローバルデジタルエージェンシーに在籍。

多様な業種のクライアントとあらゆるメディアのコミュニケーション開発を手掛け、手法やメディアにとらわれず、

ターゲットの心を的確に捉えるためのメソッドニュートラルなアプローチができるクリエイティブスタイルを確立する。

Cannes Lions、London International Awards、ADFEST、The One Show、Spikes Asia、MAD STARS、Cresta Awards等の国際広告賞や、

日経広告賞、日本産業広告賞、日本雑誌広告賞、新聞広告賞、JAA広告賞、広告電通賞、ACC賞等の国内主要広告賞の受賞実績多数。

また、海外広告賞の審査員⻑や審査員を複数回にわたって務める。
